We’re very honored to be asked to help our good friends in 500 Megatons of Boogie celebrate a record release for the second time (of 2 total records). I think that’s most of what you need to know in order to be prepared for the 500 Megatons portion of the show.

Opening the show is a band called Recreator.I had actually never heard of this band before I heard they were on the show, so I assumed they were new, but their myspace suggests that they’ve been together since 1992. Their music reminds me a little of the Birthday Party.

Their very short bio suggests that Recreator has former members of Immortal Skin Headdress, the Love Pumps and Dragster, but I don’t know if those are even real bands.

I really don’t know much about this band, so I don’t think bullet points are the way to go here. Why don’t we turn to another perennial blogging crutch, Youtube:
