Thanks are in order
OK, lots of stuff to get to here, so let’s jump right into it:
- First, thanks very much to everybody who came to our CD release show, to Mike at Rudyard’s for having us, and gracias especial to Woozyhelmet, Muhammadali and 500 Megatons of Boogie for playing with us. It was a really fun evening.
- Thanks to Quinn Bishop and Cactus music for having us there as well. In case you weren’t there, that show went a lot better than we expected- Ben and Carrie’s baby was able to nap through our performance, if that gives you any idea. I hope we get to do it again sometime, although Stu may disagree with me there.
- Someone that I don’t know named Jay Dryden took some photos of us at Cactus.

Thanks Jay! - Dennis Lee got some pictures of the CD release show. Not all of them came out that well, but he did get a couple of shots of my drums looking huge and awesome.

Thanks Dennis! - Ramon Medina snapped a few of us at the March show with Fired For Walking.

Thanks Ramon! - My erstwhile boss Chris Gray gave us a nice writeup in the Houston Press:
Thanks very much, Chris!
- David Cobb at Houston Calling also was quite kind in his review of Vocabularian Herds, which just went up today:
Thanks a lot, David!
- And finally, Jeremy Hart at Space City Rock favored us with an EXTREMELY flattering review:
Jeremy’s been one of our biggest boosters almost since the band started, and we are indebted to him for years of support. Thank you, Jeremy.
Whoo, I think that’s everyone. Hopefully we’ll add some more shows soon, but quite frankly just writing this post was a little exhausting. *swoon*
Danny
Addendum: It just occurred to me that David Cobb has been covering us an awfully long time too, which definitely deserves a mention. Thanks again man.
